Knock Out Water Retention with Quick Fitness & Nutritional Fixes
If zipping up your favorite pair of jeans has become, itself, an exercise, you might be interested to learn about some fitness tricks to quickly knock inches off your tummy, thighs and buttocks, such as the one boxers have been using for decades to help drop their weight super fast for a match: using Albolene make-up remover to increase the efficiency of your workout.

Sweat it Off:

Proteins are also broken down as a source of energy when you are not consuming enough carbohydrates and fats to meet your energy needs. Fill your diet with only fibrous carbohydrates, such as strawberries, blueberries, spinach and apples, as well as poultry, fish, eggs, low-fat cheese and low-fat milk.
Punch Up Your Workout:
Spice up your workout by adding punches to everyday workout routines. Lunges and crunches are important exercises for toning abs, thighs and glutes. By adding punches, you will also be working your arms and back, making for a well-rounded, full-body workout in what could be half the time. The added moves also help keep your heart rate elevated, resulting in added perspiration and more calories burned.
Perishable Foods, Skip the Salt:
Too much salt is never healthy, and this is especially true for someone trying to quickly drop a few pounds. While excess salt can result in high blood pressure, it will also cause the body to retain excess water, resulting in bloating. By stocking your refrigerator with perishable foods, you will be eliminating a lot of salt, fat and added chemicals often found in processed and canned foods. Stick to fresh fruits and vegetables, poultry, eggs and low-fat dairy products. If you buy packaged foods, pay attention to the food labels so that you can limit salt intake to less than 2,400 mg of sodium per day, while also limiting the fat intake, especially trans fats. And don’t forget to drink plenty of H2O. A common misconception is that to lose water weight, you need to drink less water, but actually, it is best to drink water throughout the day to flush the system. This gets rid of the toxins and flushes the system, keeping your body healthy and hydrated.
